Jewelry Repairs & Resizing Services

Jewelry is delicate by nature, and with regular wear, occasional maintenance may be needed to keep your pieces looking their best.

At SÉARA, we’re pleased to offer repair services for items purchased directly from our website at no charge within 120 days of delivery, provided the issue is not caused by misuse or accidental damage. Repairs requested after the 120-day period, or those determined to result from wear, misuse, or external damage, will be subject to repair and shipping fees at the customer’s expense. Repair pricing varies depending on the design and complexity of the service, with fees typically starting from ¥4,500, excluding shipping.

Our repair coverage does not include normal wear and tear, such as scratches, surface tarnishing, fading of metals or gemstones, or damage caused by contact with chemicals, moisture, or water.

For international repair requests, shipping charges for both outbound and return delivery will apply.

Ring Resizing

Select SÉARA rings may be eligible for resizing, depending on the design. Resizing fees vary by style and typically begin at ¥7,000, excluding shipping. All resizing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Policy Information

This repair and resizing service applies only to pieces purchased directly from SÉARA. We cannot accept responsibility for items that have been altered, repaired, or serviced by another jeweler. Any third-party work will void any applicable warranty or service coverage.

While our jewelry is thoughtfully crafted for everyday wear, fine jewelry naturally requires occasional care over time. Whether you need a clasp repaired, a stone checked, or a ring resized, our team will carefully assess your piece and restore it with the attention it deserves.
