Refund policy

At SÉARA, we take great care in crafting each piece to the highest standard. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at seara.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
